The GUEST Program was originally developed by The PYA, spearheaded by Joey Meen, in order to provide an internally-recognised standard for interior training for Superyacht crew.
All GUEST programs are now affiliated by IAMI and continue to be developed by the IAMI Maritime Hospitality Sub Group to ensure crew are appropriately trained in order to meet guests and owners’ expectations.
