Established in 2002, YPI CREW has spent over two decades connecting crew with long-term careers on board superyachts. From our base in Antibes on the Côte d'Azur, we recruit internationally for private and charter yachts, with specialist recruiters in each department who bring years of hands-on experience, strong industry networks and honest, practical advice to both crew and clients.

Our purpose is to help new generations discover yachting while supporting experienced crew as they progress in their careers. We take the time to understand each yacht, role and candidate, so the people we present are genuinely suited to the position and the onboard environment. Partnership and trust guide everything we do. YPI CREW is part of the Schulte Group, which brings more than 140 years of maritime experience, and we are fully MLC 2006 compliant, with regular independent audits by Lloyd's Register.
