31 January 2023

You can watch the webinar recording here.

Additionally, we have prepared a survey for Management Companies on crew wellbeing.

With the focus on mental wellbeing and welfare issues, we are asking for your assistance to see where we can guide crew further. After all, in many cases better communication between parties, awareness and training can help avoid certain situations.

It is the PYA's aim to raise awareness of these issues in our high-stress industry and encourage professionalism. Your feedback will help us do this.
