I started to travel in 1970 and discovered the yachting industry in Malta where I got my first job working on the Brigantine Dana for board and lodging, cigarettes and the occasional pink gin but no salary.  After sailing in the Med for 2 years on various yachts I found a passage as crew across the Atlantic to Antigua on Miss Two.

After more crossings I was based in France and Turgutreis in Turkey.  I now live and work in Antalya where I call home.

Yachting gives me the freedom to travel and visit the most wonderful places in the world, to meet some amazing people both in the industry and as guests on board.  I hope that by helping my crew to enjoy their experience working on yachts in a happy and safe environment and training new crew in the mores of this extraordinary industry we can expand our association
