Andrew Schofield – President

After completing my degree in Applied Biology and working in the industry for a year I left all that behind in 1991 and found a deck hands job on a sailing yacht in the Caribbean.

Since then I have worked on various yachts and never looked back. For the last 7 years I have been involved with one yacht.project: from yard selection, spec review, construction, commissioning to subsequent operation of a 65m yacht.

I am currently Master of this fully MCA coded commercial yacht.
There is no doubt that regulation has increased the paper trail but also improved yacht operations. Learning how to apply and growing with these rules has only added in a positive way to the not insignificant challenge of providing owners and guests with a first rate marine leisure experience.
